Favoring diversity
 The diversity of individual profiles is a real asset, but it is skills, motivation and commitment to the values which make all the difference.

While internal mobility is very important at Telindus France (30% on average), bringing in talent from the outside is essential in order :

  • To add to our stock of expertise

Objectivity in the service of recruitment

Telindus has chosen to objectify its recruitment procedure through the joint scrutiny of the future manager and the recruiter.

To this are added technical tests or situational simulations involving members of the candidate's future team.

The approach is the same for interns and apprentices, who constitute a nursery of talent and who may, if they come through, be hired in their turn.

Since 2012 we have innovated by organizing recruitment sessions over the course of an afternoon, broken down into four key phases:

  • Company presentation.
  • A test.
  • Two interviews: HR and Operational.

Candidates are informed of our decision the following day.
